So stinking tired!!!

So had a sweet workout yesterday and last night wanted to keep reading a couple books I've been working on. So I stayed up till Midnight thinking that if I got up at 6 AM that'd be 6 hours of sleep.

I think my body needed 10.

I got up at 6 and turned off the alarm. And "seconds" later it was 7 am and I was back in bed. eh eh eh.

So no workout today, but I feel great and can't wait till my cycling class tomorrow.
